What Else Version 5 has in Store for You
1. Accounts Watchlist – are you tired of letting your matters slip through the cracks (let’s be honest, we are all human and sometimes matters not top of mind, can sometimes slip through the cracks). Well, we have the solution for you! With our Version 5 update you can now create a watchlist of accounts that can be accessed from the quick view menu, search menu or a dashboard widget. This not only saves time but allows quick access to the accounts that you are currently working on – no more will your matters slip through the cracks!
2. Fees & Billing – fees and billing are always such a hassle, especially when you have targets to meet. So, we have made some clever changes to our fees and billing tab that will make jour job that much easier. You can now –
- Run a job to convert Work In Prpgress to cover the credit only,
- Additional Recurring Billing intervals – you can add schedule intervals for recurring billing both bi-annually (every 6 months) or quarterly (every 3 months),
- You can now set the system to prevent immediate updating of fees dated after the month-end date.
- Invoice and statement encryption (documents will require a password to open).
- Option to select a different template when reprinting an invoice.
3. Auditor Portal – annual audits can be such a drag, and they can take you away from valuable worktime. With the new auditor’s portal, auditors have access to the information that they require – without having to ask. What a pleasure! You can send an invitation to the contact to register for the auditor portal. The contact will then run selected reports, or view account enquiries (current year & previous year) and attachments (selected types). The portal is updated every 10 minutes with changes made on the AJS database.
4. Account Verification Service (AVS) – nowadays data and personal information is the centre of all of our concerns. And this is no more evident than when making a payment. With Version 5 you have complete peace of mind – with AVS your account, your information and your personal data is secure. You only need to verify your account once (done when paying a contact). Thereafter you will only need to verify your account details when making a payment with custom banking details OR when adding banking details to the contact.
5. Requisitions & Release Payments – the issue with payment requisitions is the constant need to follow up – has the payment been done? Where are we? And what’s happening? With the Version 5 updates you can now see the status of your payment requisitions from a Quick View Action drop-down list option – no need to constantly follow up. You can now view current requisitions or the history of recent requisitions. You can change the authorisation group for your own requisitions, or with a permission change the authorisation group for requisitions created by others. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
